The upper DOURO allows to obtain excellent qualities of olive oils. Adding a method of biological production in a press-room with cold extraction manufacture quality of the final product presents no change of properties from of the original fruit.
Production is entirely traditional. Certification of biological method production ensures an unique quality during transformation with implementation of hygienic nourish conditions officially certified.
Final sub-product after natural composting will be applied as a rich fertilizer on the olive grove which is recognized by consumers is maintaining the quality, not better but different, with unique typical properties of the olives of Vale da Cerdeira.

Biologic agriculture is a method aiming to produce nourishing products of high healthy quality and at the same time implements sustainability of agricultural ecosystem through adequate methods such as green fertilizers, composting and others to improve fertility of soils and biodiversity.
Biologic agriculture do not applies pesticides nor chemical fertilizers nor genetically modified organisms. In EUROPA the biologic agriculture has specific legislation with detailed standards, establish detailed rules whose compliance is controlled and certified by official approved entities recognized by the European logo for the Biologic Agriculture.
Biologic Agriculture produces differential products with added value who as demanded nowadays by consumers.
